Cleaning and
laundry is included in all prices except those for low season.
NB. We have allowed for 10 hours cleaning
but anything over will be deducted from the security deposit. During low season
service will be provided according to the number of guests
and the cost will be deducted from the security deposit at
the end of the visit. Low season rates do not include electricity
which will also be deducted from the security deposit.
A
non refundable deposit of 20% of the rental is payable when
making a booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before the
date booked.
A refundable deposit of £500 is payable 6 weeks
before the date booked to cover any breakages, damage or
service charges.
La Perception is a no smoking villa and has no facilities for
pets.
